Dr Bhaati did my father-in-law's pro-state surgery and I visited the clinic just once. Shankar helped me with all the mediclaim pre-approval process and it was as smooth as it could get. Later he also helped in getting the pre-operation medical tests done in the same vicinity which was also helpful.
