M47 years Admitted with Recurrent UTI since 6 to 8 months. He was investigated and planned for Robotic Bladder Diverticulectomy and Left Ureteric REIMPLANTATION surgery along with a Bladder neck Incision.
MCU study showed a large left-sided bladder Diverticulum
RGU study showed mid-bulbar stricture
Cystoscopy findings showed Stricture in the bulbar urethra and very high bladder neck. Bladder showed large left narrow neck bladder diverticulum approx 6.7x 6.2 cm with left ureteric orifice opening in Diverticulum.
He underwent a Blabber neck incision with OIU initially. Then Robotic bladder diverticulectomy with left Ureteric REIMPLANTATION with Psoas hitch Operation
The procedure went uneventfully. Minimum blood loss.Faster recovery.Minimum pain Discharged day 3.
