A female patient with 32 was Admitted to Pain in the abdomen. She is investigated and diagnosed to have a Left Obstruction Large Renal Stone. She underwent the RIRS procedure. RGP Findings showed a large filling defect in Pelvis
RIRS is a minimally invasive daycare procedure that involves no incisions, results in minimal blood loss, and allows for a shorter hospital stay, promoting faster recovery.

During the surgery, the stone was broken down into small fragments using a laser dusting technique with TLF fiber.
The postoperative image revealed complete clearance of the stone, and the patient was discharged within 24 hours of the procedure with a JJ stent in situ. RIRS, as a noninvasive treatment modality, offers numerous benefits for stone clearance, including a shorter hospital stay, reduced pain and discomfort, and a faster recovery time, all under the guidance of a urologist.
