In this study conducted by Dr. Bhoopat Bhati, a renowned urologist, the effectiveness of Open Freys Prostatectomy as an alternative treatment modality for prostate enlargement exceeding 140 grams is investigated. The case involves a male patient, aged 79, who was admitted with urinary retention. Ultrasonography (USG) revealed a significant prostate enlargement of 140cc.
