In this study conducted by Dr. Bhoopat Bhati, a prominent urologist, the efficacy of Retrograde Intrarenal Surgery (RIRS) with Thulium Fiber Laser (TLF) in the treatment of an 18 mm left pelvic stone is examined. The patient, a 44-year-old male, was admitted with abdominal pain, and a CT Urography revealed the presence of the stone.
