A 47 years old female visited a Consultant Urologist in Pune, Dr. Bhoopat Bhati. She was having continuous leakage of urine post Lap Hysterectomy operation and it was making her daily activities very difficult. Dr. Bhoopat Bhati carefully diagnosed her and suggested her to undergo a CT scan. The CT Scan showed Vesicovaginal fistula. Dr. Bhoopat advised her to undergo a surgery to which she agreed. Dr. Bhoopat Bhati performed an operation on and performed lower midline incision and a transperitoneal VVF repair technique. The operation was successful with very less blood loss and the patient was discharged on day 3. She was urinary catheter free after 1 week.
