A 60 years old male had acute UTI and Sepsis. He also had a history of drainage of Pararenal abscess 3 weeks back He visited the best urologist in Pune, Dr. Bhoopat Bhati for the treatment. Dr. Bhoopat examined the patient and imaging studies showed the Nephrocutaeous fistula with a Poorly function kidney.  Dr. Bhoopat advised open Nephrectomy with Nephrocutaneous track excision to which the patient agreed. Intraoperative findings showed Dense adhesions with colon and fibrosis of the Tract and surgery had very less blood loss.
