A 30 year old male had acute Ureteric colic pain and Fever. PThe patienthad Severe Kyphoscoliosis with Polio deformity in lthe ower extremity. He visited the best urologist in Pune, Dr. Bhoopat Bhati. and Doctor diagnosed him carefully. The patient was diagnosed to have a Left Obstructed 12mm Upper ureteric stone. He was stented and Infection controlled with Antibiotics as an initial daycare procedure.
Dr. Bhoopat advised the patient to undergo RIRS. RIRS procedure is very safe and complete clearance of stone is done with laser. During Operation Retrograde Pyelography showed Bifid calyceal anatomy with stone in the pelvis during the RIRS procedure.
The operation was uneventful. Complete clearance was done and JJ Stent kept. The patient's recovery was faster and he was discharged day 1. There was no bloos loss.
